Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by InspiredTees LLC, a limited liability company registered in the District of Columbia, USA. You can reach us at hello@inspiredtees.shop.

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site or place an order.

What we sell

You describe what you want, our system generates original artwork, and we print your chosen design on a cotton t-shirt and ship it to you.

Every shirt is printed to order. Nothing is held in stock, and your shirt does not exist until you order it.

How we handle the designs you generate

We keep a copy of each design generated here. This is what lets us print it, and what keeps your order page and any link you choose to share working.

A design is visible to other people only if you create a share link for it. We do not currently list customer designs for sale, or use them to promote the store, anywhere else on this site.

Anyone with a share link you created can see the design it points to, so please do not put anything private into a prompt.

What AI-generated artwork does and does not guarantee

The artwork is produced by AI image models, and that carries limits you should know before you buy:

• A design is not exclusive. Another customer writing a similar prompt may receive a similar result, and we do not promise otherwise.
• The legal status of AI-generated images is unsettled in many countries, and in the United States purely AI-generated work may not attract copyright protection. We make no promise that copyright can be registered or enforced in a design generated here.
• You are responsible for the prompts you write. If your prompt is designed to reproduce someone else's protected work, brand or likeness, the result may infringe their rights, and that is your responsibility, not ours.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order whose design or prompt we believe breaks these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to create or order anything that:

• infringes another person's copyright, trademark, likeness or other rights;
• is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or promotes violence against a person or group;
• is sexually explicit, or depicts a minor in any sexual or suggestive way;
• is unlawful in the United States or in your own country;
• impersonates a real person, business or public body.

We may refuse an order, cancel an order and refund it, or block access to the site if we believe this section has been broken. Our generation system also declines some prompts automatically, and a declined prompt is not a fault or a charge.

Prices and payment

A t-shirt costs $30. Shipping is charged per order and depends on the delivery country; the exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm. Prices are in US dollars.

Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where we are required to collect it. The total shown on the payment page before you confirm is the full amount you will be charged.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is placed with our print partner once payment is confirmed.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to 210 countries worldwide. If we cannot ship to your country, the checkout will tell you when you enter your address, before any payment is taken. Orders are printed and dispatched by our print partner, Printful.

Delivery estimates given at checkout or by email are estimates, not guarantees. Customs duties or import charges, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Cancelling an order

Because every shirt is printed to order, an order can only be cancelled before it enters production. Email hello@inspiredtees.shop as soon as possible with your order number and we will cancel and refund it in full if it has not yet been sent to print.

Once printing has started the order cannot be cancelled. See our returns policy for what happens if something arrives faulty.

Our liability

We provide this site as it is. We do not promise that generation will always succeed, that a particular design will be produced, or that the site will be available without interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunity.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to it, and the date at the top tells you when the wording last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, USA, and the courts of the District of Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
